AV Hire
As well as building and designing stands for you, we offer an equipment hire service for Plasma and LCD TVs, for you to use on your own stand, all offering savings from mainstream suppliers.
The prices shown below cover the cost of hire for the duration of your exhibition (up to 4 days) and include delivery to and set up on your stand, and collection from the site.
We offer 32" LCD, and 37", 42" and 50" Plasma screens.
32" LCD TV - £125.00 (+Vat )*
37" Plasma TV - £135 (+ Vat )*
42" Plasma TV - £155 (+ Vat )*
50" Plasma TV - £195 (+Vat )*
* Prices include delivery to all main exhibition venues in Birmingham and the London area. Please check with the office for delivery charges to other venues.
All the screens come with a floor stand, table top stand or can be wall mounted (depending on wall). Please let us know your preference when you order. Please note – all our hire tv packages come with a dvd player and cables to connect to a laptop/pc. These cables are a standard length and compliment the floor stand, wall mount or table top stand. If you have any special requirements in these fields then please inform us at the time of your order or give us a quick call/email to arrange this.
