Do you supply AV equipment?
Yes we can supply all AV equipment and most of it is under 2 years old so you can be sure of good quality equipment.
From what stage do you take over the stand arrangements?
At Certain Exhibitions we believe in offering our client’s a complete service from conception to completion. This means that you won’t get tied up with method statement’s or risk assessments and the like - we take care of design, manufacture, install and derig.
How do I order my electrical supply?
Once the final drawings have been approved and it’s been agreed what electrical equipment you’re going to need we take care of the rest - we supply electrical drawings with requirements to the venue approved electrical contractors.
I need some pop up stand’s putting up before our reps get to site can you do this?
Yes we can erect pop up stands in the venue or at your hotel etc whatever the job dictates.
I’m only exhibiting with a small shell scheme but want something to make it stand out can you help?
We can supply whatever you require-from single counters to fully graphiced panels or just a literature rack and some furniture. See Equipment Hire for some ideas! No job is ever too small.
What are your stands built from?
We use a wide range of materials from MDF, various metals and acrylics. All materials meet current FR(fire retardant) regulations and are venue approved.
What sort of events do you cater for?
We cater for all events from purpose build at venues like the nec to road show’s in hotels, Schools, trade days etc in the UK or Worldwide.
Who will be my point of contact?
You will have 2 points of contact one will be your dedicated account director and the other will be the MD as we believe this is the best way to completely guarantee your service.
